Hello and welcome to Nic’s Property Maintenance. My name is Nicole and I am born and raised in Georgian Bay. I have started Nic’s here in my home town to provide service to the community I love.
I have been working hard for several years caring for the property of many clients. I have decided to transition my hobby into my dream of owning a small business.
Nic’s Property Maintenance was registered and insured just this year (2015) and I couldn’t be more excited to see my dreams come true.
I am dedicated to providing personal quality service for all of your property care needs. I offer a variety of services for all four seasons and in a climate Georgian Bay has, that means Warm Weather and Cold Weather.
I look forward to expanding my clientele and getting to know more of my neighbours. I want to grow my business and create more opportunities in the community with jobs and programs for kids to have fun growing plants and vegetables.
